The beautiful thing about coming together with a group of women who have had similar experiences is that you start to feel more connected. You begin to understand that it’s normal to go through some of the things that you’re experiencing. It’s normal to wonder what could have been, or feel depressed and anxious, worrying that this may be what the rest of your life is going to look like. Or to feel stuck.
